I love your prices. I really do. I have to shop at your store because of your prices. However, it's starting to NOT pay off. When I enter your grocery section EVERY single time and see empty shelves, I cringe. Every time I go grocery shopping at your store, I have to make another trip to another grocery store for staple items such as these:
* Real Butter
* Sugar
* Kraft Mac & Cheese
* Coffee Creamer (your store was out of every single flavor except two -- in every brand)
* Yogurt
* Hot Dog Buns
* Hamburger Buns
And honestly, those are just a few of the things my poor memory can remember.
Every single time I'm there, I WISH I had my camera to take pictures of your bare isles. I would conservatively say that 40% of each isle is MISSING.
Who, might I ask, reorders your merchandise? They should be fired. You're losing money.
Sincerely,
Me
P.S. Why did the generic Pledge jump from 97 cents to $2.97? WHERE is the roll back?

Maybe they just can't keep up with demand? Sucks though!
AMEN!!!!
oh.. I need to add that we have a MINI Wal-Mart. Just imagine all your troubles packed into a store that barely carries anything to start with!
Since when does Wal-Mart do "mini" anyhow?!
Here's a little tidbit for you - did you know that our Walmart (the one you speak of) is the FIFTH busiest in the ENTIRE United States? That's why I totally refuse to go there. Crazy, huh? :) Anne
I hate Wal-Mart. I only go there under duress. For the reasons you mention, and many more. Like the employees who know nothing. They just stare at you blankly when you ask for help. Don't get me started. :) I went there with my mom to help her buy a flat screen tv and the cashier wouldn't even put it in the cart for her. They just set it on the ground and made us pick it up (it was stinkin' heavy!) and put it in our own cart. Poor customer service, empty shelves and long lines all mean that I would rather shop elsewhere.
I try to catch the sales at all the other stores BEFORE I head to Wal Mart. I hate the place. Some people call it the Government Store. Anyway, I may go to three grocery stores beforehand but that's OK. I have friends that take the sales papers to WalMart and get the discounts there. Not me. I'm going to patronize the little guys first. If they go out of business we're all in trouble.
Off my soapbox now...
Strange. I've never seen that happen here in my neck of the woods. Maybe your store has a crappy manager? I'm with you, though. Walmart is a blessing and a curse.
AMEN.
I'm a Super Target shopper and I have the same freakin' problem there.
Drives me nuts, girlfriend!
xoxoxo (thanks for checking on me! I'm fine, just busy!)
