Major Things First!

FiRsT and foremost.... I need to update you on my hubby's job situation.

HE GOT A JOB!

YAHOO!

YIPPEE!

ROCK ON!

Less than 2 weeks after he was laid off... he accepted another position that is (luckily) about the same in every way. (Pay, vacation, field, travel, car, etc.!)

We are more than thankful and feeling quite blessed!

I have to say that I'm SO darn proud of him. If that would have happened to me, I'd still be hiding underneath the covers. He hit the pavement SO hard the very day he found out and would NOT have gotten this job had he waited even a day to start looking!

Thanks for ALL your support, prayers, and acts of kindness during this time. Without YOU we would NOT have made it through!

My dear friend (and cousin) and her super sweet hubby are the proud parents of twin girls born on December 23rd. Everyone is doing extremely well and the girls are BEAUTIFUL and SWEET and CUTE and ADORABLE and LITTLE... and I want to be there SO bad!

A huge congratulations to them with hugs and lots of kisses on those babies!

I hope to be there SOON!

ThIRd:

I'm COMPLETELY HONORED to announce that I was featured on Today's Creative Blog! I still canNOT believe it! And saying that I'm honored doesn't even come close to how excited I am about this! I read that blog on a regular basis and NEVER (in a million years) thought that I would be one featured!

I love ALL of my new friends that have left me comments and look forward to getting to know each of you even more! (I will respond to you as soon as I dig myself out of this mess of unpacking from the holidays!)

Thank you SO VERY MUCH Kim!

I am SO proud to have that "button" on my blog!

Hi! I just found your blog via Today's Creative Blog. I love all of your decorations! I think we have the same taste. =)

Congratulations on the new job. My husband lost his job last month also, and thinks he has a new one lined up. We made a major move last summer, and will be heading back soon.

I look forward to visiting your blog more often!
