Ok, what's 24 inches long, has 24 items on it, and saved me over $300? Yep, it's my Old Navy receipt. They have super good deals right now people. Did I say good? I mean OUT-OF-THIS WORLD AWESOME! All of their clearance went an additional 50% off yesterday and boy did I stock up. I meant to take a picture of my loot but I forgot and put it all away...and I'll be darned if I'm getting it out again...tempting, but no. So here's the skinny:
1 pair of socks for me
2 dog toys
1 super cute umbrella for me
3 pairs of boxers for the hubby
2 pair of pj's - one for the hubby and one for the little guy
1 winter coat - for the little one next winter
1 fall coat - also for the little one next fall
3 sweaters for hubby
6 shirts for the little guy's next year wardrobe
5 shirts/sweaters for me
All of that...and the most expensive item was Nathan's $58 coat, which was $9.99! My shirts ranged from $2.99 - $9.99 (I forgot I got one sweater for $9.99 also). But most of my stuff ranged from $2.99-$5.99. I got a couple fleece pullovers for $3.50- perfect for sledding or getting cozy at home.
The hubby's SUPER nice sweaters ranged from $4.99-$6.99.
Nathan's shirts ranged from $2.49-$3.99!
Unbelievable! I had 3 shopping bags stuffed FULL!
My loot added up to $408 before tax...and it really cost me $95 WITH tax. Yahoo...see it's worth being a stay-at-home mom just to get such good deals!
And a special THANKS to my friend for the secret, undercover, insider tip to the markdowns!
Now I'm done...no more shopping.
Have I mentioned that I haven't been to Hobby Lobby yet this year? I'm so proud of myself!
