Cooking Success!

Wow, I can cook (well, sort of)! I actually made calzones last night and we enjoyed a home-cooked meal in our new home for the first time! And because I was feeling brave, I offered to make Nathan pancakes this morning. They were a bit of trial and error since I've NEVER made them before. (Had to call Grandma to make sure I was doing it right because they were so flat - realized that I put too much water in the mix - go figure!) Nathan took a bite and said that I made the "baddest pancakes ever." I asked him if he meant bad in a good or bad way. He said "bad" - but then he said, "I'm just teasing" and gobbled them up! Yahoo!
