Do you ever have them?
I NEED them every so often... a day with NO appointments, work, volunteering... JUST ME. Of course it starts after Nathan goes to school and ends when he comes home but it seems to be just enough time to feel refreshed and accomplished. Like always, my ME list is a MILE long and it includes work around the house but it's work I WANT to do. Like painting more wood work or the faux fireplace that is waiting to adorn my scrap room... it's a day to actually cross something off of my list! (I did get another towel done last night! Yeah!)
And for good measure I'm throwing in a bit of shopping... Hobby Lobby's faux floral stems are on sale... and I've eyed some MUST HAVES that I have been patiently waiting to go on sale! I just might splurge and get a coffee to drink while I go there too! (I know... I live on the edge!)
