So very tempted to make an adult version of a chore chart for the man of the house.
Our eight year old does better than the 37 year old.
Seriously!
I presented my idea to Scotty-Boy:
"I'm going to make you a chore chart so you can help me out around here. I can't do it ALL myself and work too."
He said, "Oh, no you're not. No Way."
I said, "Yes."
He said, "No."
I said, "Fine. I'll put in my two weeks notice tomorrow so I can do all of your stuff you need to do around the house then."
He said, "Make the chore chart"
HA!
Actually, in reality, he said, "NO, you're not quitting. I'll try and help out more but NO chore chart."
I said, "You always say that you'll help and I still pick your underwear up off the floor from the bathroom EVERY SINGLE MORNING... and your pj's from the bedroom floor and so on and on and on... Maybe I need to start taking important stuff away from you."
He laughed, the you're treating me like a kid laugh.
Act like a kid... be treated like a kid.
Hmph.
So there.
You just never know what tomorrow might bring...
(Just a little venting going on here tonight... bring over the marriage counselor!)

Love a good venting blog! Let me know how it goes for you ;)
Love this!! Make the chart - write down your chores, Nathans chores and his chores - then he will see how much you really do and how little you expect him to do.
