Winter! It is my new favorite season. It snowed today and I swear it was the prettiest snowfall I've ever seen. I couldn't quit staring at it. It was like a snow globe. BIG flakes. Slow falling. Sticking to the trees. STUNNING. Breathtaking. Cozy. I was SO excited...even more so than Nathan. It was always a tiebreaker between fall and spring for the #1 spot on my season list...winter was always a close 3rd. Well, winter just overtook both. LOVE IT! I love staying home. I love fireplaces. I love Christmas. I love Christmas music. I love shopping. I love this season - everything about it! 
Duck BlindHere are a few pictures of my creative hunter. He is in a duck blind...with his huntin' dog, Jasper. (Poor Jasper!) This kept him entertained for quite awhile yesterday morning. And let me tell ya, his daddy-o was so very proud to see these pictures tonight. That's his boy! Even if he really is mama's boy! :o) Have I mentioned that I love being a mom? Just thought I'd remind ya!

Got it today...had to - with all that beautiful snow. It was festive. Ok, not as much as cutting your own down...but IT WILL DO! Anyway, the thing is so HUGE around. Oh well...it's a tree and it smells oh-so-delicious!
Birthday
Finally got Nathan's birthday party invitations done tonight...wow, check one thing off my list. I went with the "go wild" theme since it's going to be at a gymnastics place. Anyway, I'm surprised it passed his approval...no super heroes. We're going to do wild animals instead...fun! He was even excited about it. Wow...pat myself on the back...hee-hee!

Got 'em...love 'em. I about had a heart attack. I thought they were gone but someone just moved them...whuuufta! Can't wait to play with those babies!

It's gone - yahoo! What a beautiful time of year to NOT have surgery! Merry Christmas to me! I'm officially off the pill...moving forward!
