Happy 1st Birthday Jasper-Lu!

Today is my baby pup's 1st birthday...complete with a dish of filet mignon (Caesar dog food) a candle, and his family singing him the birthday song. So cute. Toby and Jasper were dancing right along with the tunes as we held the "birthday cakes" right above their heads as we sang! So cute. Now, Jasper is looking for the perfect spot to bury his new bone -whining as he searches for the perfect pile to dig! So cute. How do they grow up so fast? Oh, and in dog years he's 7 - to me that would definitely warrant 100% potty training. Hmmmm...maybe I should let him know that it's just not cool to be 7 and still have accidents. It's a good thing he's so cute. And, here's Toby enjoying some of Jasper's birthday treats:

Tree
Yahoo...the tree is done. The holiday decor is officially done. I had to make myself stop the insanity - we can add more next year. I love the tree - it is the perfect addition to our living room. It's simply cozy in there. A little crowded but definitely cozy!

Creamer
You know it's a bad week when you start out Monday morning with NO creamer for your coffee. UGH! It's no wonder I just can't type quite right this morning, I forgot to pour the water in the coffee pot's container so it could start making coffee (before I realized there was NO creamer), went to grab the coffee grounds to make Nathan's strawberry milk, and looked for the milk in the cupboard! Whewfta! You can bet that I'll be at the grocery store today for sure!

This Week
I've gotta do the final preparations for Nathan's pre-birthday party - only 6 days away. He's so excited! We asked him if he wanted the presents from mom and dad at his birthday party or on his real birthday (December 26th) and he picked his birthday party. So it will be and I'm soooo excited for him to open them!
