Well, it all started with our first snowfall yesterday! It was stunning and so exciting! I just wish the snow would've stuck to the trees so I could've taken a cool picture to share! Anyway, we're definitely in the holiday spirit now! We started listening to Christmas music yesterday morning - love it. Missed it! After school, I made Nathan hot cocoa (after he played in the small amount of snow on the ground) and he used his cute little "sugar spoons" that I showed in my last post. They were from Target and he LOVED them! He had 3 with 2 glasses of cocoa! Anyway, while I was at Wal-Mart yesterday, I picked up Santa Clause 3 (with Tim Allen). These are our favorite holiday movies and since we had the other 2 already, I needed to add this one to our Christmas collection. We snuggled in with the fireplace on and enjoyed the show and each other immensely!
Today, we head to Denver to see my family and eat Jackie's amazing cooking - so excited for the food and company! The first thing Nathan said to me this morning as he woke up was, "Mom, we're going to Denver today". :o)
This will be my last post for the week...but just wanted to wish all of you a very safe, fun, thankful, and very HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

P.S. After Nathan got in from playing in the snow. He wanted to put his boots by the fireplace (don't know where he got that idea from). Anyway, I didn't pay too much attention to him but later found his boots right in front of the fireplace but he never even thought that the fireplace needed to be on! Cute stuff!
