Catching Up!

This week I have just gotta focus on this house...nothing creative. It's killing me. I really want to work on my "fall" cards but am trying to refrain myself. Anyway, last night I balanced our checkbook as well as MOPS' accounts. I entered all of our receipts (which took FOREVER) and filed them ALL. I went through all the mail that has been building, paid bills, etc. I sat at our kitchen table for 5 hours! (All I made for supper was a frozen pizza!) Anyway, it felt sooooo good to lay down last night knowing that it's done and caught up and especially OFF my counter. Why do I let it build up? I usually pay our bills as they come and then enter them on Quicken later...but updating our account is where I totally fall behind! I've got to get back to updating our account weekly - at least! It's like ironing...I've now started ironing as soon as I'm done with laundry so I only have 20 minutes worth instead of 5 hours. Now, I just need to get in the routine with my mail. I'm sorry mom, I know just reading this makes you cringe! However, after all of the "build up" my checkbook balanced right away! Yeah!

Anyway, the house is picked up FINALLY. All fall/Halloween decor is put away FINALLY. Today I HAVE got to clean FINALLY. It's just gross. NO ONE is allowed to stop by until tomorrow! :o)

Oh yeah...I still need to unload my scrap stuff from the back of the Tahoe, clean the fridge, clean my car, and vacuum the furniture. It's all in dire NEED too! So, here I sit...
In honor of no crafting...I'll post my belt that I HAD to make last week...especially since I don't like to post without pics.
