Today we returned to our routine and went to the last movie of the summer in our summer movie program. It was Happily Never After and it was cute. Neither of us had ever seen it before. I'm glad we went!Afterwards, we hit one of the two best antique stores in Rapid...it is conveniently located a couple of doors down from the movie theatre. It works so well to go there with Nathan because Sophie, the pug, is usually there. Today, Nathan was asked to take her for "a walk" around the store while I shopped. Yeah! I found this adorable basket! I LOVE finding neat OLD treasures! I also bought some huge marbles for Nathan and a couple of bottles to "play" with. I didn't find an old hutch, dresser, or buffet for our sitting area in our kitchen, but hey, now I get to keep looking! And when I finally get more space with a hutch, I'll be heading back for some adorable juice glasses that I fell in love with. (I just don't have any extra room at this very moment - ugh!)
Hey scrappers...are you watching QVC? I had it on while I continued to do laundry earlier today and also have it on now. I caught Heidi Swapp - she's so cute! I wanted to catch Donna Downey but I haven't. I did see Lisa Bearnson and she got a really cute hair cut! I love it...I might have to try it this winter when I don't NEED my ponytail! By the way...I haven't ordered anything! Wahoo - I'm so proud of myself! I even saw something I really liked - but since my table is covered with my latest purchases from our recent trip, I figured it's time to STOP the insaneness! HA! Oh, there is a 13x19 printer on right now...not for me but I bet it sells out! Yep, it sold out in less than one minute! Wow!
