It's Final!

Rock on with our big-bad-selves! We are the proud homeowners of only one home! Both houses closed today! They both went off without a hitch! We feel very fortunate that everything worked out! It was much easier than the nightmare of our last housing transaction 5 1/2 years ago! YAHOO!!!!
