I feel much better. We just listed our house with our realtor and it went really well! I was more than impressed with him. I feel much more confident about listing with him than doing it ourselves. I actually got kind of excited just knowing that we've made one decision and can keep moving forward (hopefully). Within a day or two, the listing should be online. I will share that as soon as it becomes available. So, if you know anyone in the market, please send them our way.
