Finally.School is out.
Don't get me wrong, I'm sad that first grade is over for the simple fact that Nathan is going to be in 2nd grade... and that means he's growing up faster than I care to think.
But it's summer and that definitely makes my heart smile. More time with the Peanut spending time doing stuff that we love to do TOGETHER.

The kids settled in the gymnasium watching a slide show of some great random pictures from throughout the year:
After the show, the kids all met (EVERY grade) at the flag pole and said the Pledge... VERY COOL.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh summer time.
We've been out for almost a month but the weather has been so weird! I can't believe my oldest is going to be a sophmore this year.
Yay! I think you're one of the only bloggy moms that I have read that is looking forward to summer. You make me smile!
