Top 20

My trip to Louisiana was so much fun!  My purpose was to help my cousin with her 4-month old twins while her hubby was in Japan for two weeks (I was there for one week and her sister was there for the other).  I thoroughly enjoyed every single minute!!!  I feel alive and refreshed!

Here are just a few of my favorites:

1.  Baby toes.  I could smooch on them for hours.

2.  Baby names.  Maddie & Gracie.  So fitting.

3.  Baby tummies.  After they were full and bulging.

4.  Baby smiles.  Huge.  Toothless.  Sincere.

5.  Baby noises.  Even when they were eating.

6.  To see my cousin and her hubby relish in parenthood (they were victims of infertility for a couple of years).

7.  Girl Talk.  We didn't stop for one whole week.  Never running out of things to say.  Lots and lots to catch up on!

8.  Nightly ice cream treat.  I might be hooked.  I don't even like ice cream that much.  Or, I didn't.

9.  Gilmore Girls.  We watched 3 episodes.  Pausing constantly to talk here and there.  It's right up my alley.  Light hearted and funny.

10.  Baby stretches.  They were absolutely adorable after they woke up from their naps. Seriously one of the cutest things I've ever witnessed!

11.  Decorating the nursery in record time.  The three of us work really well when it comes to decorating!

12.  The "your home is my home" attitude they have.

13.  Twins.  Two babies at once.  It's so miraculous and amazing.

14.  Seeing the differences between the two already.  Neat.  Neat.  Neat.  Knowing which one was crying from their shared bedroom (without looking).  Knowing which one burped loud and which one didn't burp forEVER.  Knowing which one napped well and which one needed lots of nurturing while napping... Getting to know their different personalities was so AWESOME.

15.  Baby bath time.

16.  Baby smell.

17.  Twin routine.

18.  Baby addiction to their new found hands and especially thumbs.

19.  Their mommy's dedication to breast feeding both of them at the same time.

20.  Story time at the end of the day.

Thanks you guys for sharing your beautiful home, hospitality, and absolutely adorable girls!  It. Was.  More.  Than.  Awesome!
