Bits & Pieces

I heart this ring.  Nothing says spring like this ring!  You can buy it for me view it here.
Isn't that fun?!

The Easter Bunny has been extremely busy this week prepping for the big day. He may need to replenish his stock if the day doesn't hurry up and get here already.  Seriously, my pocket was loaded with bubble gum this morning as I entered my bible study.  You know -- bubble gum and church go hand in hand, right?!

My coat closet is TOTALLY confused. A couple of weeks ago, it was 78 degrees. Then we had three blizzards (have I mentioned that yet?!). This week the sun has been plentiful, warm, no coats, and most importantly -- the snow has been melting at a rapid pace. Tomorrow we're expecting another four inches. What the????

I heart winter.  BUT in reality, I heart every season.  And we're suppose to have four of them.  By the time one comes to an end, I'm excited for the next one to begin.  I think we completely missed fall and now we're pretty much missing spring.  Will there be a summer?  That IS the million dollar question for all that live here!

Today I had to run to the store for 4 things on my list.  I talked on my phone on the way there, while shopping, hung up quick to check out, and then as soon as I got into the car, resumed my random blatthering about absolutely nothing
VERY important conversation.

When I got home I was missing the gallon of milk. How on earth did that happen? We searched high and low... in the car, in the garage, on the front porch, EVERYWHERE. I called the store and they didn't find it. (It's ON my receipt.)  I don't EVER set things on the car so that can't be it. We'll probably never know! And boy did I get a load of crap about it from Scott. My memory this... and my memory that... and I should be worried about myself, etc.

Not one hour later, Scott called. He locked his keys in the car.

Hee-Hee!  Ha-Ha!  (I felt really bad... NOT!)

P.S. I'll let you know if I find the milk in the linen closet.

I can't stand getting home and not being able to find things I've purchased. Especially when I find it days later in some random cabinet. My husband gives me a fit about my memory, too. Only he doesn't lock his keys in the car so I can't get him there. You'll have to read my Keys stories...my daughter takes after me.

Gotta stay away from the candy. A wedding in less than six weeks...

So not my fault that you lost the milk - remember how proud of yourself you were that you only bought the things you were there for :)

I love sweet justice when it comes to husbands!! They just don't realize that we mutlitask about a gazillion things in our head every second of the day!
ummm good luck with the milk? If it DID fall off of your roof I would have loved to have been the person watching!!!
I'm not sure where you are, but in good old Alberta I LOVE having 4 seasons. Thankfully spring has sprung but I do expect one more snow fall... just because I know it will!!
Four seasons are the best. And if we are going to be short suited on any season why can't it be winter?!
