California Adventure

It was kind of fun to see something new and unfamiliar to us. This park has some terrific big rides. The roller coaster was our favorite!
The ferris wheel was cool too... like no other that I've been on before. We had some girls (a mom and daughter) across from us who were so freaked out. That kind of spiced things up even more. We were laughing so hard at them.
We never did get to go on this water/boat ride. We waited 75 minutes and they shut the ride down because of technical problems. We had just gotten within a close distance to get on too. UGH! They did issue fast passes for us to return but we never went back. God forbid if we went on a water ride with Nathan in the evening. Lesson learned the night before at Disneyland. The coolest part of this ride (by far - especially since we didn't ride the ride) was the little store outside of it. I got the world's cutest shirts! They aren't anything Disney at all. This one is my favorite. And you know what happens when I love someTHING this much. I ruin it. Whether in the washer, snagging it on something, staining it, etc. Remember, I have terrible "dumb" luck like that.

The Tower of Terror was super fun... but Nathan didn't like it one bit. I could have went on it again and again - but he was totally freaked out! Which was totally understandable since he's only 6. I couldn't have done it when I was 6 - that's for darn sure.
And even more characters!

Boys will be boys... even when they are grown up.
