What was I thinking?

Do you remember this? If not, I gave it to Nathan for part of his Valentine's Day present. Every day he gets to pick out a strip of paper for something extra special that day. So far, he's gotten 5 bucks, played swords with mommy (for numerous hours!), skipped brushing his teeth one night, got to go to the dollar store and pick out two things, had a silly supper, got to drink strawberry milk from his (long-gone) sippy cup, had a picnic lunch, etc.

He LOVES this jar. It is the first thing he does every morning when he wakes up.

Today, he picked a strip and it said, "Mommy will camp out with you tonight, on the floor, in sleeping bags."

As you can see, I'm still up...no need to go to "bed"... I won't sleep anyway!

He even made it clear to me, before he went to sleep, that I was to stay down on the floor the ENTIRE night.

Does he know me or what?!

I seriously LOVE this jar too. It makes me do something extra special with him every day! We've really had a lot of fun with it. I just don't feel like sleeping on a hard floor tonight...might not put that one in the jar next year! HA!
