I'm TRYING to "GET" it...

This weekend a friend brought us a blue-ray movie to watch, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone.

I was hesitant.

I've tried watching bits and pieces on T.V. and have NOT liked it one bit.

BUT, Nathan wanted to watch it together as a family.

So, we cuddled in and I actually stayed awake.

I'm still unsure if I like it.

It's just not the typical "feel good - light hearted - romantic chick flick" that I'm so addicted to.

On Monday, we rented Harry Potter Chamber of Secrets.

I fell asleep.

Last night, Nathan wanted to watch it again...so I sewed while watching it.

I THINK I like it now.

Maybe.

I really like the actors/actresses but the story is SO bizarre.

Anyway, I'm sure this weekend we'll try Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.

I want to like it.

I want to get in on the hype that surrounds it.

I have a kid for goodness sake; I need to be up on these movies in order to be a COOL mom.

Or NOT...we'll see.
