I am...

obsessive compulsive.
anal.
too detailed.
a procrastinator.
A.D.D.
22 hours and 32 minutes to go until Camp Scrap. I have a BILLION and one things that I have wanted to get done in preparation for this event...so I've been doing everything BUT those things! Like decorating all my travel containers that I should be stocking and organizing for the event...but they'll probably be empty because I've resorted to embellishing them with my ribbon obsession instead!

Last night I started making a belt to wear tomorrow for the event...um, yeah - don't need that - NEED to get my stuff packed!

Last night I also decided to make a travel laundry bag for my dirty clothes this weekend...oh, yeah - had one but it's just a little big for a 2-day weekend. Would have worked though. Have I mentioned that I should be packing?

Oh, then today I decided to change out the fabric in this ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE pin cushion that my mother bought me when we were catching fleas the last time I was in Sioux Falls...That's what Nathan referred to the flea market as - catching fleas. HA! Too cute! Anyway, I changed the fabric from a bright red with bright colored hearts to this light, cottage-striped-pink. Doesn't it just fit my chocolate brown and pink "travel" theme? LOOOOOVE IT!!!!!!! Thanks mom!

Yesterday while Nathan was at school and I was hoping to organize and pack...I decided to go run some errands and oooppps, accidentally stopped into an antique store along the way. I bought these old, dingy spools (? is that what they are?) for 50 cents each. Got them home and decided to put some of my bigger ribbon around them. Ok, now today (when I should be packing and organizing) I am going to go get the rest of these spool thingy's at the antique store. How cute would they look if I painted them first before I put the ribbon on?! Might have to paint those babies right before I begin packing and organizing!
Oh, and in case you haven't thought of this...I totally should be packing and organizing while I'm updating my blog.

TOTALLY insane!
