Stop and smell the flowers!

I took this picture of Jasper on Mother's Day. I love it! I kept thinking he was going to eat the flowers but he just kept smelling them! :o)

Here's the mexican lasagna recipe that I promised:
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
16 oz. salsa
2 eggs
4 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 oz. monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. tomato sauce
2 c. cottage cheese
8 flour tortillas, torn into pieces

Brown meat, onion, and taco seasoning. Drain. Add tomato sauce and salsa. Simmer gently for 10 minutes. Combine cottage cheese and eggs. Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Layer half meat mixture, half tortillas, half cottage cheese mixture, and half the cheeses. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Good and easy - just the way I like it!
