Happy Mom's Day!!!

Wow, what a pleasant day it has been. Nathan woke up before 7:00am and Scott let me sleep in until 10:00am! Wahoo! When I woke up, the boys had taken the 4-wheeler to get bacon at the grocery store. I started some laundry, saw that my bed was already made (I was sleeping in Nathan's), got a large cup of coffee (mostly creamer) and the Sunday ad's and sat down in my favorite chair with Jasper on my lap chewing a bone. Scott made brunch and it was delicious! ( I wish he'd cook more often - he's soooo good at it! He's a natural at it. I am definitely not!) Anyway, we can't decide what to do today because it is so hot. Nathan just asked to play with his slip and slide so we've been hanging outside on the deck watching him. He's so flippin' cute! After this, I think we'll practice playing catch for awhile, go on a 4-wheeler ride, shower, and then head to supper at our favorite chinese restaurant. All sounds good to me. We had a fire last night and it was kind of fun...might need to have another one tonight.

Nathan brought this wheelbarrow flower pot home from school on Friday for Mother's Day. Isn't it adorable?!!!! I love it! He also made a card which is equally precious and then they sang a song to all the mom's as we picked them up from school. I'm going to miss his school so much next year. They are so awesome!
